Our priority is the well-being and safety of our guests and ourselves. We have rigourous cleaning procedures in place.
In response to the risks posed by Covid-19, in addition to our already high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, we have introduced additional policies for the benefit of all.
We know this may seem a little bit weird for now – trust us, it’s weird for us too! – but we want you to feel comfortable in knowing that we have taken every step imaginable to make this work and appreciate your patience in observing the following rules and in bearing with us while we find our feet in these strange times:
Taking measures to make reception area safer, with increased cleaning and keeping activity time with guests as short as possible.
We will kindly ask you to sanitise your hands upon arriving at the guest house and will provide hand sanitiser by the front door and at reception.
It is currently mandatory to wear a face covering in all public areas of the property.
No payments will be made on arrival (all policies have now changed to allow contactless payment before arrival).
Room service and cleaning will be offered as a choice for the guest during your stay.
Enhanced room cleaning with antiviral products.
Cleaning keys between guests.
We ask that you sit at designated tables we have allocated.
During your breakfast, please observe social distancing rule to other guests.
All tables and chairs in our breakfast room will be cleaned with an antiviral surface cleaner after breakfast has finished.
For additional hygiene, we will operate under a ‘we serve you’ policy, meaning that we will serve breakfast, cereals, beverages etc to your table and you will leave them for us to collect. We will offer tops up of orange juice, tea and coffee as required. Please signal to is if you want additional service.
If you feel unwell with Covid-19 symptoms before or during your stay you must let us know immediately.
