Make sure you spoil Mum this Mother’s Day with the best gifts.

Normally you would give her a nice bottle of wine, chocolates or a bouquet of flowers.

Why not go the extra mile and treat Mum to something individual and extraordinary such as a delightful day out and experience this special day together.

To inspire you, we’ve put together a shortlist of unique and different ways to spend Mothers day in the Lake District for that extra special surprise:

An incredible place to relax, take in the lake view, and enjoy an afternoon tea.

The Laura Ashley Belsfield Hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere to while away a few hours whilst admiring the view of Lake Windermere.
